COACHING
Coaches will be volunteers that have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. These coaches will be selected by the ministry director. Each coach will be required to fill out an application and be interviewed by the ministry director. Coaches must be aware of the spiritual purpose and mission of the ministry, and demonstrate a Christian attitude. Coaches who are selected must be willing to share Christ and conduct the prayer and Bible Rap with the Youth.

TEAM PARENTING
Team parents are selected after all registered participants have been put on individual team rosters. Team parents and coaches should be assigned to the team their child has been placed on. Generally, two team parents are enough for each team and should assist the coach in communicating team information. They will also be responsible for distributing juice and snacks for games and practices.

Coaches and Team parents should encourage other parents to participate with the team by supplying juice and snacks and organizing team fellowships.
